Pet Carer Engagement (Manual)

1.  {hidden-1} (MMC Carer ID: {hidden-3}) (the “Pet Carer”) acknowledges and agrees that this Letter incorporates by reference and is subject to:
   1. the Pet Service Agreement dated {hidden-4} (Reference: PSA_{hidden-2});
   2. the Pet Carer Agreement dated {hidden-6} (Reference: PCA_{hidden-3}); and
   3. the Service Order dated {hidden-4} (Reference: {hidden-2}).
2. The Pet Carer:
   1. expressly agrees to be bound by all terms, conditions and obligations set forth in the referenced Pet Service Agreement; and
   2. acknowledges that execution of this Letter constitutes their formal accession as a party to the Pet Service Agreement in respect of this specific engagement.

IN WITNESS whereof, by accepting the work, the Letter is executed and delivered on the date of acceptance.
